Having flown into Knock airport from London Luton courtesy of the ever reliable RyanAir, (And our very own Yank “Big E” with British Airways from Phoenix, Arizona) we collected our Enterprise rental cars and off we set. Navigating the local roads (hold on tight), in search of the golfing mecca dating back to 1982, Lahinch. This place was a gem! We played 18 holes on the Castle course and returned the following morning for another 18 holes on the Old Course.
